Ecotherapy—also known as nature therapy or green therapy—recognizes nature as a powerful ally in mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Ecotherapy uses these natural responses with purpose, creating space for grounding, reflection, and inner restoration.
Our Ecotherapy Garden Tours invite you into the Healing and Recovery Gardens created by The Red Dragon Growers for The Sound Within Us. These living sanctuaries are intentionally designed with medicinal plants, pollinator pathways, wildlife habitats, and quiet restorative spaces that support emotional balance and inner calm. Walking through the gardens becomes a therapeutic experience—one that reconnects you with the rhythms of the earth and the steadying presence of nature.
The most vibrant and visually stunning time to experience the gardens is between May and August, when the landscape is in full bloom. However, the gardens remain open year-round, offering visitors the opportunity to connect with nature through every season. From spring’s rebirth and summer’s flourishing growth to autumn’s release and winter’s stillness, each cycle offers its own lessons in resilience, transformation, and renewal.
In addition to exploring the outdoor sanctuary, visitors are invited to tour our greenhouses and indoor growing facilities. Here, you can learn about the many facets of home gardening, ask questions, and receive practical guidance on cultivating your own healing plants and growing spaces.
